Working Process of Optical Inspection Machine
Vials or vials need to be inspected of each detection station rotate along the axis with high speed. The liquid in the vial rotate with it, driving away the foreign body and with the liquid rotating up. After suddenly stop, the foreign body will continue rotate in the liquid in inertial motion. At this point, industrial camera will capture a sequence of images. Based on sequential images in time and space continuity, these images are analyzed through image processing techniques and be sorted according to the color, shape and trajectory.
Inspection process: waiting for inspection → infeed → enter inspection area → rotate → stop → take pictures → software detection → sorting.
